If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this site. The term "unitedbakery.com", “we”, "us" or "our" refers to UB Inc. dba United Bakery, the legal name of the owner of the Web site. The term "you" refers to the user or viewer of our Web Site.

This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between you, and us and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Site, the content, products or services provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of this Agreement. We may amend this Agreement at any time from time to time without specific notice to you. The latest Agreement will be posted on the Site, and you should review this Agreement prior to using the Site.

Orders
All products sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. We make no representation as to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import products into any state outside of California. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of products. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. Products may be sold only to persons who are at least 18 years of age. In placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 18 years old. All sales are final and no refunds are available unsless authorized in advance. All prices subject to 7.75% Sales Tax as well as applicable shipping and handling costs. We are committed to your satisfaction. If you have a complaint about your order or somehow your shipment has become damaged please call us at (916) 374-8899.

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, wording and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site, except as allowed in this document, is strictly prohibited. You do not acquire ownership rights to any content, document or other materials viewed through the Site. The posting of information or materials on the Site does not constitute a waiver of any right in such information and materials. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us and our partners, agents, officers, directors, employees, subcontractors, successors, assigns, third party suppliers of information and documents, advertisers, product and service providers, and affiliates (collectively, "Affiliated Parties") harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense related to your violation of this Agreement or use of the Site.

Non-transferable
Your right to use the Site is not transferable or assignable. Any password or right given to you to obtain information or documents is not transferable or assignable.

This information is used to contact the visitor when necessary about special promotions and discounts, and is not divulged to any third parties. (b) This site contains links to other sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites. (c) Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor's contact and financial information. Contact information from the order form is used to send orders, information about our company, and occasional future promotional material. The customer's contact information is also used to contact the customer when necessary regarding an order. Financial information collected is used to bill the user for products and services and is not retained for future use.

Payments
You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing a service from us that (I) any credit information you supply is true and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes.
